Quantico Creek Sod Farms is one of the largest sod producers in the Mid-Atlantic. We currently own and lease nearly 5,000 acres across Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia, supplying turfgrass daily from North Carolina through New York.

What We Look For
We are actively seeking:
- 50+ tillable acres (smaller parcels considered near our footprint)
- Center Pivot Irrigated but can be negotiated by us to install irrigation
- Road-accessible properties
- Tillable, CRP, or idle agricultural ground
- Properties in MD, DE, VA, NC (and select expansion areas)
