What it’s like here:
Working at a family-owned sod farm means showing up, working as a team and getting satisfaction from a job you can see at the end of the day. Depending on the role, work may include:
- Harvesting, loading and stacking sod
- Driving farm equipment (tractor/loader/forklift)
- Deliveries and customer drop-offs
- General farm maintenance
- Irrigation support and field work
Who we’re looking for:

- Reliable and on time
- Safety-minded
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather
- Willing to learn and help wherever needed
- Able to lift and handle physical work (varies by position)
Experience is a plus, but not always required-We’re happy to train the right person.
